Anthony Higgins in 1990s

Anthony Higgins is a guest star in a socially-conscious drama about the hard lives of children in a Romanian orphanage. It's a really good movie that won some awards, starring John Hurt, Pete Postlethwaite and the beautiful actress, Polly Walker. Til Schweiger won a 'Best Actor' prize at the Polish Film Festival in 1997.
Higgins has a small part in the film - his scene is 44 seconds long. He plays a prison director, who likes to play golf and who sends a criminal from London to work in Romania.
This the shortest Anthony Higgins' role in the cinema. How many different faces can he show in this short time?
Soundtrack is at Soundtracks page.
P.S.: I decided to add a video from You Tube with the whole scene. I own nothing! It's just for fans who can't get this movie and want to take a look at Anthony Higgins' work. Enjoy!
