Well... Nostradamus' story is obscure and I don't like this film, cause for me it's boring. I've seen enough movies and read a lot about dark ages in the world's history and about Renaissance and... urrrr! It's Romania's landscapes and castles instead of nature of Italia or France. Cheap and hilly.

Anthony Higgins as King Henry II has four scenes. Just a little of acting, just a little of nudity, just a little of charm, just a little of... knight in a golden armor - that's all what you need, isn't it? And it's Anthony Higgins' professionalism from A to Z. Will that be ample for your needs?

By the way, all actresses in this film are pretty good. This is the second time the magnificent Diana Quick shares her gifted talent with Anthony Higgins. The first one is "Max, Mon Amour" (1986). Her roles are identical in both movies - Mr. Higgins character's mistress.
