Deeply

Every generation has its' stories, but most part of these stories repeats. "Deeply" is a love story that was happening with many young women. This is © good movie for teenagers, it was at some festivals and has very bad critic's review.

Young girl thinks that her life became empty because of her boyfriend's death, so her mother took her to the seaside in a small village where they live with an old woman-writer's family. The old woman tells a story of her first love that became a plot of her new novel. Young girl learns that when this old woman was very young, her first boyfriend died in the sea. It was fifty years ago, so the story is the same. The movie tells us that nothing is new under the sun and a grief is not everything in woman's life.

Admiral Griggs is a character from fifty-years old story. He is a father of youth who will die in the sea. Anthony Higgins has some scenes and he is as cold as any war Admiral should be. Admiral is against the girl, whose behavior is not as he and his wife used to. Implicitly, he is the reason of his son death.

I don't like Higgins' work in this role, cause the actor didn't act as deep as he could, but actually, neither he nor any other actor is sincere in this movie. But as I've said it's a movie about teenagers and their problems and I hope they like it.
