Norman Jones is a new prisoner in the prison where Helen Hewitt is a director. He is a "wild beast" and I like this dangerous personage's burning emotions. The scene where he shouting to the dog is fearful and wonderful.

I think this TVseries episode's role is Higgins' the best in 1990-s.
