This episode is a rare thing, so there is a plot:

An old ex-Nazi (Peter Cushing) narrates a true story about his fencing captain's mysterious death.

It was in the 1930-s when Peter Cushing's personage was young. He was a student in a college where Cassan (Anthony Higgins) was a fencing captain. As a young man, he was afraid of a duel he had to fight instead of Cassan (a woman was the cause) and poisoned his sword to win. When the duel started, Cassan bacame angry and took the poisoned sword from the young friend's hand, but with the very first strike, the poisoned sword's point was broken. Cassan was murdered with a small scratch.
